Ensure companies are well informed and aligned in respect of current/future employment legislation and people management best practice.
Provide good quality information and guidance on employee relations issues, identifying and advising upon any associated risks involved.
Coach / support managers on a range of HR related skills, eg interviewing, performance management, disciplinary meetings etc.
